Overseeing the full event setup including competitor registration, division assignments, scheduling, and communication with all involved parties before the competition day.

Managing the scoring workflow via scoring.dance, ensuring accuracy of results, and coordinating the publication of final placements and points.

 

 

🏢 Event Logistics


Coordinating on-site logistics including floor management, judge assignments, conflict of interest checks, and ensuring the event runs seamlessly according to the highest standards of the Salsa Council.
